- A top decision maker or influencer within a European Sport Body, i.e. National Olympic Committees, International and National Federations, Sport Clubs, Leagues, Players Syndicates, other sport bodies.
- A top decision maker or influencer within Public Authorities (i.e. Ministries for Sport, Ministries of Interiors, Ministries of Justice, LEAs in general, Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Ministries of Education, Betting Regulation Authorities, Commerce Chamber, Local Governments, Anti-Corruption Agencies).
- An applicant with authorization by the promoters illustrating the reasons of the interest.
